Hello! My name is OFFO (not OFO). I assist in collecting and submitting water and electricity meter readings to billing organizations. The application is designed for residents of multi-apartment buildings in Vladivostok (private sector - electricity only) and Khabarovsk who receive invoices directly from utility companies. Other citizen categories will be added over time.

— readings are transmitted over the internet; if that is not possible for some reason, the reading will be sent via SMS (if the service provider supports it)
— hot water readings (Vladivostok) are sent to both DEK and VladVC (wastewater).
